Reiki can be used to help with dreams. It can be used to help with lucid dreaming and dream recall.
Dreams and Healing
Becoming more conscious of your dreams and your dream life can assist you with your healing path. We store many unconscious habits and past emotional trauma in our mind stream. And developing the techniques of working with your dreams may help you uncover some otherwise hidden parts of your self.

Sometimes you just need a hug.
Reiki is a good way to heal past emotional hurts. Here are 4 great tips for dealing with past issues and releasing them from your energy using reiki healing:
1. Recognise the habit
One of the most important factors in releasing negative emotional habits within our energy is to recognise them. If we do not develop good self awareness and self analysis we will never find the things we would like to change. We will remain ignorant to them.
One tool that aids this in reiki healing is daily sitting meditation. Sitting meditation builds mental clarity and strengthens your intuition. Two things that will help you indentify your healing needs.

Why do reiki people practise sitting meditation?
There are many side benefits why reiki people practise daily sitting meditation. And, one major reason.
Minor benefits include:
1. Cleaner subtle energy channels (nadis)
2. Increased contentment and joy
3. Greater ability to concentrate for longer periods of time
4. Increased self discipline (discussed further below)
5. Increased familiarity with reiki ideals (discussed below)
But, the major reason reiki people practise daily sitting meditation is because sitting meditation builds mental clarity. And mental clarity aids clear functioning of your intuition.Reiki people value intuition because it is a great aid in healing and general life. The best style of reiki healing is one that is guided by intuition.

It would be very interesting, as time goes on, to see more research time and research energy put into reiki. There are alot of people that have had good success with reiki. And, it would only continue to add to people’s interest in trying reiki as a compliment to mainstream interventions and solutions if there was more credible and accessible research information.
One area that I personally feel reiki helps greatly, but have found little related research, is with children. In particular kids with behavioral issues. And even more specifically kids with attention deficit disorder (ADD).
How does reiki help your kids?
How does reiki deal with ADD and behavioural problems?

For along time now I have been wanting to have a vegie patch at home. And give lots of reiki to the vegies.
I have always thought that would not only make the vegies more tasty, but better for my energy aswell.
I remember my mum used to grow lettuces. She would always go out and water them after she had an arguement with my dad. And they were the most bitter tasting lettuces you could ever imagine.
Famous chef, jamie oliver, always talks about cooking with love.
There is no doubt it makes the food taste better. Just have a look at the people serving and preparing the food next time you go to your favourite restaurant. The more kindness in their eyes, and the more smiles on their faces, the better tasting the food. I am confident you will find a positive correlation.

My celtic reiki path.

I cannot say when I first felt drawn towards Reiki as a healing art. Like my spiritual journey it seemed to grow gradually and like something which I always held an interest in. During my mid-teens I began to attend a weekly yoga class with my dad and by the end of the sessions my hands were always tingling so much that I felt as if there was energy there that needed to be released. This was perhaps the first time I truly realised my capacity to be a channel for energy.
However, although I had heard of Reiki my first experience of receiving it was nothing special. I was going through a very dark time, both physically and emotionally and my friend, who is a master in Usui and Seichem, offered to give me a session. I accepted but I was so worried about what might happen that I didn’t feel much at all. I am sure that my fears blocked my ability to receive and acknowledge the healing sent to me. It was another couple of years before I finally discovered the joys of receiving the love and healing that reiki offers.

This weekend has been great!

My wife and I have been lucky enough to have one of our Buddhist teachers, Changling Tulku Rinpoche (above), in town for the last few days giving teachings. It is great to be able to spend time with him, ask questions, listen to teachings and to just sit in his presence.
He taught on a few different topics. But, one I wanted to share with you guys was a talk he gave on how to have a happy mind.
# Match what you want with what you do
Changling Rinpoche said that all people are trying to find happiness. All the time that is what is in our mind. We all want happiness. So, it makes sense then that you look at what you do and check whether that is supporting it. He said that most of the time if we check we will see that what we want and we do does not really match all that well.
