I have been reading LifeHack for a little while now, it has alot of different, and interesting posts.

Today I found this post, about how to start your day at 5:00am.

The key points are summarized below:

1. Relocate your alarm clock. Somewhere out of reach.
2. Scrap the snooze. Do not keep hitting the snooze button.
3. Change your buzzer. So you do not get de-sensitized to the sound.
4. Make a puzzle. Make yourself do a puzzle (like undoing a combination lock box) to stop yourself hitting snooze.
5. Get into a routine. The best tip.
6. Have a reason. The second best tip.
