Reiki, purifying your food to reveal its inherent spiritual healing properties
For along time now I have been wanting to have a vegie patch at home. And give lots of reiki to the vegies.
I have always thought that would not only make the vegies more tasty, but better for my energy aswell.
I remember my mum used to grow lettuces. She would always go out and water them after she had an arguement with my dad. And they were the most bitter tasting lettuces you could ever imagine.
Famous chef, jamie oliver, always talks about cooking with love.
There is no doubt it makes the food taste better. Just have a look at the people serving and preparing the food next time you go to your favourite restaurant. The more kindness in their eyes, and the more smiles on their faces, the better tasting the food. I am confident you will find a positive correlation.
Reiki changes the energy flow
What is different though about reiki is that it is spiritually guided/inspired energy. So, the change in the flow of energy is not just concerned with temporary happiness, it is concerned with ultimate happiness too.
When you have good intentions or good feelings you change the energy of yourself and everything around you.
When you give reiki or (even better) maintain a presence of reiki during your day the same principle applys.
What is different though, is that reiki carries inherent within it the wish for ultimate happiness, and the skillfulness or compassion to bring that about.
Conclusion
When you give reiki to your food you are changing its energy vibration. Not only that, but you are purifying the food to reveal its inherent spiritual healing properties. Like cleaning dust from a diamond.
