3 quick tips to increase you connections to reiki on a daily basis..
#1 Familiarity
Regular practise of reiki is the number 1 factor that is going to help you understand reiki and its practise better. But, practise should not be limited to treatments (self and others), practise needs to include study of reiki also. There are so many great techniques out there practised by reiki people. Reiki with the feet, reiki with the breath, reiki with the eyes.. and these are just some of the original methods practised by Usui Sensei.. there are literally 100s of other styles and techniques that have emerged subsaquently.
#2 Meditation & Intuition
I know I have said this alot here at reikiblogger, but honestly, if you want to understand your reiki path at a deeper level.. or want to be of greater service to your reiki clients (even if they are mainly family and friends, like it is for most reiki people).. the best thing you can do is to include meditation and intuition training into your life. It does not have to be much, 10mins a day of sitting meditation is what my teacher recommends to start.. and build up if you are enjoying it.. otherwise stick to 10mins. It will make a HUGE difference.
#3 Healthy Living
Looking after your health is the 3rd biggest factor that is going to increase your connection to reiki, and your reiki practise. A good friend of reikiblogger, RT, runs two great health blogs RMO and realwomensfitness. Some great tips in there.
It is simple. The more healthy your diet and the more you exercise and keep yourself fit, the clearer your mind will be, the happier you will feel (which helps you stay motivated to do the above tips!) and the more freely reiki will work through you.
