I would say: Yes and no.

Yes, good chi flow is a cause of good reiki (and good Chenrezig Practise), and good chi flow is also a result of reiki healing.
But, is reiki the same as chi? Is reiki in fact just a slightly different vibration of chi?

I do not think so.

And I think this is why (and please remember i have absolutely no authority what-so-ever to claim anything here, and you should take everything I say with a grain of salt and go decide 100% for yourself by asking wiser people) people “struggle” with defining reiki, and all tantric style spiritual practise.

Because they want to equate them to Chi. Like trying to fit an elephant in a shoebox.

I still really struggle with this. I struggle with your concept of it too. I can’t seem to link the practice of reiki with the way I understand the energies to work.

You seem to be implying that reiki has nothing to do with chi? Is this the case?

For me Reiki is Love. Simple as that.
